OUR HISTORY

Tactical Engineering & Analysis, Inc. (TEA) is a company strongly committed to the principle that our sustained success is dependent on the trust and confidence we earn from our customers, employees, and from those with whom we do business.  We gain credibility by adhering to our core values, commitments, and achieving our organization’s goals with honesty and integrity.

Tactical Engineering & Analysis, Inc. (TEA) was incorporated in the state of California in 1998 with the goal of providing superior system engineering services in the areas of military tactical communications to defense based customers. Since 1998, TEA has developed a reputation for providing high quality services to our customers at the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), Program Executive Office Ships and Integrated Warfare Systems, Naval Surface Warfare Centers, and Naval Information Warfare Centers (NIWC).

 

On 01 July 2015, TEA established the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The ESOP enables all employees to participate directly in the future value and growth of the Company and the benefits of ownership.

The Tactical Engineering & Analysis, Inc. (TEA) Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) provides employees with an ownership interest in the company.  The purpose of the ESOP is to reward eligible employees for productive and loyal service by providing them with a retirement benefits that are based on the value of the Company Stock.
