The TSSS contract provides access to test and standards support services work for standards engineering and analysis, test support, configuration management of tactical information design standards, architecture engineering and analysis services, and fleet support engineering services to ensure interfacing Navy, Joint Service, and Allied Nations air, surface, subsurface and land Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems are interoperable.

Tactical Engineering & Analysis, Inc (TEA) is the sole source awardee of the Multi-Tactical Data Link (MTDL) Engineering, Analysis, and Test Support contract. The MTDL contract is a sole-source follow-on contract award to S corporation owned by an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP). The MTDL sole-source contract supports Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) testing and developmental testing of the performance of the multiple different ATDL systems and their associated components.
