TEA provides Instructors, Curriculum and aide/device development, for the US Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS).  TEA supports both schoolhouse and Mobile Training Teams at various Fleet Concentration Areas.

Additionally, TEA provides training support to active-duty military and civilians through on-the-job training (OJT) for Tactical Data Link maintenance and operations on a variety of U.S. Navy and Joint services platforms.  TEA participated in many of the initial Link 16, CEC and Joint Range Extension equipped battle group training events and supports the development of capabilities and limitations documentation inputs for the developing clients.
