Recipient of the HIREVets Gold Medallion Award

Tactical Engineering & Analysis, Inc. was awarded the HIREVets Gold Medallion Award for the 3rd year in a row.  This award given by the US Department of Labor recognizes TEA for our efforts to recruit, employ, and retain veterans.  Over 70% of TEA employees are veterans, and we are proud to employ veterans who play a significant role in the success of our company.   TEA’s work with the DoD offers excellent career opportunities and professional growth for our veterans.  We value the experience and knowledge of our veterans as they continue to support the same mission they previously served.​

Recipient of "Winning Wednesday" for OUTSTANDING JOB from NAVWAR RADM Seiko Okano

Tactical Engineering & Analysis Inc. was recognized as part of a MS Teams “Winning Wednesday” shoutout given to the NIWC PAC ITEN Team (Code 53521 and TEA).  The NAVWAR announcement read,

Recipient of the 2020 James S. Cogswell Industrial Security Award by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency

Tactical Engineering & Analysis, Inc. was awarded the James S. Cogswell Industrial Security Award on 30 July 2020. TEA is one of a limited number of companies identified to receive this award out of approximately 12,500 cleared facilities. The award criterion focused on principles of industrial security excellence which included factors in establishing and maintaining a security program that far exceeds the basic National Industrial Security Program requirements; and providing leadership to other cleared facilities in establishing best practices while maintaining the highest standards for security.

The Cogswell Award selection process is rigorous. A DCSA Industrial Security Representative may only nominate facilities that have at a minimum of two consecutive superior industrial security review ratings and which show a sustained degree of excellence and innovation in their overall security program management, implementation and oversight

Recognized as high-performing small business subcontractor by General Dynamics Information Technology

Tactical Engineering & Analysis, Inc. was recognized by General Dynamics Information Technology as a high-performing small subcontractor for their technical effort and performance during the past year. The General Dynamics Information Technology Quality Service Provider (QSP) Program uses an established quality rating system and an annual evaluation process to identify the highest-quality small business providers based on quality of work, timeliness, responsiveness, cost effectiveness and standards of conduct.
