PROGRAM MANAGEMENT / PROGRAM OFFICE SUPPORT

TEA PM activities have included contract/task management, planning, leading and conducting Navy, Air Force, Army, & Marine CONUS & OCONUS technical projects with sponsor agencies from PMW101, PMW740, PMW760, PMW150, PMA-290, MDA, ONR, DARPA, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, NIWC Atlantic, and Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Dahlgren.  Consulting with appropriate stakeholders to ensure project objectives/requirements and milestones and other decision points meet expectations through project life cycle.  The Program Manager has extensive experience with Department of Defense Instruction 5000.01 and 5000.02 to include provided support for Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition strategy, deployment strategy, management approach, organization, schedule, risk management approach, quality assurance processes, quality control strategy, and project closure.
