TEA’s Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) is an employee-owner program that provides the employees with an ownership interest in the company based upon a number of factors defined in the plan. Details of the plan are provided in the Summary Plan Description (SPD).
The purpose of the ESOP is to reward eligible employees for long and loyal service by providing them with retirement benefits that are based on the value of the Company Stock. The Plan is an employee stock ownership plan, which is a type of retirement plan that invests primarily in employer securities. The employees efforts will contribute to the profitability and growth of the Company and thereby increase the value of any employee earned Company Stock.
